• You will not share any RoseVPN secret keys, IP Addresses and DNS names published in the Members Area of Our Website.
• You will not use Our Service to distribute, access, or download child pornography.
• You will not attack, hack or run scanners on other computers or networks from Our Service.
• You will not transmit viruses of any sort; worms, trojans, spyware or malware from Our Service.
• You will not use Our Service to engage in any criminal activities including, but not limited to, any form of identity theft, hacking or fraud. ALL criminal activity is strictly forbidden and are not welcome on our network via Our Products & Services.
• You will not use Our Service for phishing.
• You will not promote terrorist activities or transmit material created by a terrorist organisation via Our Products & Services in any way.
• You will not pay for Our Service with a stolen credit card or stolen PayPal account.
• You will not share or download files including, but not limited to, software, movies, games, applications, where you do not hold the copyright or are illegally bound to do so, from Our Service.
• You will not run applications that impact on Our Members' ability to connect and use Our Products & Services as they should.
• You agree that the RoseVPN Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties and that we are not liable for any damages to any of your devices from installing/using our service. Our products have been thoroughly tested on all of the OS platforms we provide - all of which will not damage anything on the devices you use.
• We do not, cannot guarantee the speed of Our Products & Services.
• We reserve the right to terminate Your account without notice or refund if You fail to comply with these Terms or if we deem your activities inappropriate or detrimental to Our Members, our staff, assets or company.
• We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms as needed and without warning. All changes to these Terms will be sent to You (if an existing member at the time of change) electronically by email.
• All the contents of this Website and all of our Products (Windows, Apple, Android & iOS) belong solely to RoseVPN. It is an offence to copy any information/media/branding on this site or the aforementioned software Products without consent.

Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

All of Our payment packages are subscription based and handled safely and securely by Paypal. The subscription becomes effective on the day that You sign up and make payment for Our Products & Services. The term of Your account will continue, depending on the package that You choose... monthly, 6 monthly, yearly or 2 yearly basis, unless the subscription is cancelled or if Your account is terminated for violating any of the Terms outlined in this document.

You can either cancel the subscription through Paypal, contact us through Our Website, by telephone or You cancel via the My Account section located in the Members Area of Our Website. There are no additional charges applied for cancelling and no contract commitments. You are free to cancel the account at anytime You wish. You are fully responsible for the cancellation of Your account subscription. We will not be held responsible for subscription cancellations.

If You wish to request a refund, You must do so within 30 days following Your purchase of Our Service. We strive always to bring You the best possible Products & Services and therefore We would prefer to work with You to help resolve the issue/problem. We are extremely confident always that We will resolve any issues that arise.

Cancelled accounts will not be refunded, either in full or partially, for the unused part of the ongoing service period. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse Our Service to You at any time and for any reason. No refunds will be considered for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.

What happens if I share or lose my account information? If You open an account to use or access Our Products & Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information requested on the registration form. You will be asked to provide Your name and email address. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not sell, or trade Your account to any other person or organisation unless you own a business account with Us or have written permission from Us to do so. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use of Your account, email address, or password. We are not liable for any loss that you or any third party incur as a result of someone else using Your password, either with or without Your knowledge; in this situation, it is very likely Your account will be temporarily disabled until We deem fit to reactivate or completely terminated depending on the extent of the issue to protect Our network.

Government Taxes

You agree that RoseVPN will be exempt from all governing taxes from which Your account resides that are a result of Your use of any of Our Products & Services - said taxes are Your responsibility and therefore must be paid by You if applicable. These taxes are not the responsibility of RoseVPN. Taxes can, and may include, penalties and interest associated with Your use of Our Products & Services.

Products & Services that are displayed and available on Our Website are provided "as is" and "as available" and do not have a warranty. Any warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed by RoseVPN.
